When I join the OUTsurance, the person who helped me he explained everything to me nicely, and I made a mistake by giving him the wrong birth date of one of my children then after couple of months I realised the mistake then I went back where I joined and they've listened to me then they took the phone an make a call for me and I spoke with one of the consultants and she spoke with me nicely and she helped me with the changes I wanted to make, they've made me feel confident with Outsurance
