When I had a problem yesterday, OUTsurance's service was superb! From the time I made the call until my broken down car was safely in the garage workshop was LESS THAN AN HOUR. During that hour, I had regular, courteous phone calls keeping me updated on what was going on; efficient service from the tow truck operator; even a call from the lady in the Call Centre who took my initial call to check that everything went smoothly and that I am happy. My answer to her question is "Yes, I'm very happy".
