when I called OUTSURANCE the phone rang only once and I could talk to real person ... helpful and polite ... my puncture was sorted out within half an hour ... the first time I needed help it was far more complicated but same thing ... immediate response on helpline and excellent support ... with OUTSURANCE monitoring progress until the job was finished ...
