When ever I have called in, whether it be for a claim or a query, I have had someone very friendly and helpful. Last Thursday I spoke about canceling my household contents as I no longer needed it and honestly can't afford it. The consultant advised me to lower my claim for now until I sort a few personal issues out. Always very efficient. Thankyou OutSurance
