WHEN CAN I ACTUALLY BE HELPED PROPERLY

Is it me or is outsurance just not willing to help a person out properly? Having to claim is already so stressful, yet you know what makes it worse having to deal with three different agents who don’t want to help out and who are more interested in making their sales targets instead of making sure that a client is well taken care of. I am so sick an tired of dealing with this , empty promises , rushed tranactions, no results. I Need my cart fixed properly by this insurance company ive been paying monthly yet no one cares. So close to cancelling . WILL I GET PROPER HELP OR NOT
