What "Treating Customers Fairly" should look like!
Tristan Govender & Ran Govender handled my claim extremely professionally! One of the other consultants, Gugu really struggled to give me feedback timeously. This would have been a bad review if not for Tristan & Ran! Thumbs up!
My family & I have been with Outsurance for over 10 years... this was my first claims experience with them. This would have been the make-or-break moment! The two above consultants did the utmost. I can continue paying premiums with a smile on my face (once I purchase a new car ofcourse hehe..)
