what they say not what they write - recordings????

They record telephonic conversations, but when it comes to a claim, you only have access to the recordings that suits them. The recordings of crucial conversations do not come forth. I requested 2 recordings, but received the wrong copy. The correct recordings I cannot get after more than a year.<br> <br> Watch out or make sure you record them as well when having a crucial conversation, or expect your claim to be repudiated
