What R400.00

I contacted Outsurance for a quote on my motor vehicle. They could not equal or better my current insurance. I the asked about the R400.00 they promise if the cannot better or equal your current insurance. I was told I would receive an e-mail. I received the e-mail in which they requested the schedule for my current insurance. I duly sent that to them I then received a phone call stating that I have to send a schedule that is no older than 30 days. I took my current insurance out on the 12 June 2017. I then received an email with all the different items have to be attachec, all of which is included in the schedule I forwarded to them. Outsurance have no intention of paying the R400.00 they are the biggest ***** out and their advertising is false. I would not advise anyone to deal with OUTSURANCE. Very bad company
