What are we paying for at outsurance
I submitted a claim at outsurance for my car and i stated that my vechile has got low km on it and want them to fix it with original parts.They assured me it will only be fixed wit original parts i don't have to worry.All of a sudden my son got a phone call they are going to replace a few things but then they will fix the bumpers and fender also the door plus rear panel.Is it wrong for a client when your vechile has low km to request it.Has outsurance all of a sudden now become the King of repairing clients vechiles doing patch up jobs.What are we paying them for Patch up jobs or doing a good proper job.Don't tell me one thing only to change your story later do you think we will not see where you fixed things or is this again a faviour for a friend where you can get a kick back.

Our claims manager contacted you with an apology. The assessment report was discussed, and brand new parts were authorised, but some parts need to be repaired. The latter was a result of damage viewed via photo's taken and we confirmed the vehicle still needs to be stripped and checked for unseen damages.
Thank you for accepting our apologies and allowing us the opportunity to have discussed your concerns.
It was also since confirmed that the vehicle has been booked in for repairs.
