I had a bad accident with my car on a weekend and as soon as I called claims and the gentleman by the name Molefe Matsepa assisted me with everything and my claim was registered immediately and I got my courtesy car in few hours.

The process from inspection to final decision was soo smooth without any issues or back and forth but it was effortless, I was kept updated through the process. It took about a week for my claim of 180k to be settles and I was paid fair amount according to the value of my car, despite being with Outsurrance for 3 months.
