WHAT AM I PAYING FOR???

<p>So I WAS insured by Outsurance and the unfortunate event happened that an unattentive driver rammed into the back of my vehicle while I was STANDING STILL to turn. Note that two other vehicles where able to pass me gracefully and then came this ****** that drove full speed into the back of my car. My car was written off, they payed out the money of my vehicle. They accepted that the accident was NOT my fault. I dutifully payed my installments every month of less than R500. Now, new vehicle, I wanted to get my insurance with outsurance again, they quoted me over R1000 because of my claim. PLEASE help my understand why am I paying to be insured when I'm just going to be punished for someone else's mistake?? </p>
