I wanted a quote for my partner as I already am insured with Out,I was meant to get a link I didn't get it I called in to a welcoming Bontle who offered assistance and said she would call me at 6,I just thought I won't hear from her as promises in call centres are never kept. At 6 on the dot I received a follow up call from Bontle wow I can't even express my gratitude,she's kind,friendly and knows how to deal with clients I am so impressed. Thank you so much Bontle
