What a surprize with the excellent service I've received from Outsurance. I had to make amendments to my policy. I send a request via the Outsurance app before working hours and a consultant phone me within an hour to assist and what surprised me was that she assisted me in Afrikaans which just made it easier for me. I also qualify for a credit on my premium which were paid back to me in 2 days after the change. Thank you Outsurance for the excellent service. I can definitely recommend you as the best insurance provider!
