What a star.

I spoke to a number of people at OUTsurance over a couple of days. All of the staff were polite. The supervisor I spoke to gave me completely the wrong information. Today I spoke to an outstanding person who sorted out the ongoing problem, explaining it to me so well I knew she must be highly knowledgable, and she is. A person working on her honours handling phone calls. What a star. I am so impressed. I have never spoken to anyone as charming and efficient in all my years of dealing with companies. That person is destined for great things.<br>
