What a pleasurable experience!!

<p>I called Outsurance on a personal level this morning shortly after I had dealt with an Outsurance Consultant for a building claim for the comapny I work for. I was so impressed with the level of service that I immediately picked up the phone to call for a quote for my own building insurance. The lovely, Itumeleng Mokgatlenyane, answered my call and the process of acquiring a quotation for my building insurance a pleasurable and memorbale experience. She was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, I understood everything she said and explained to me. She made me feel so comfortable and made the process go quick and painless. I was very happy with the quotation that she offered and have accepted for the insurance to start from the 01st December 2016. If I knew I was going to speak to someone like Itumeleng, everytime I call a call centre, I would call everyday and not dread to make the call.</p>
