What a memorable service and professionalism

<p>I would like to thank Outsurance staff (Jonathan Beukes and Desmond Mosinki), I obtained a quote from Jonathan and he promised that if he does not match or beat my current insurance premium, Outsurance will pay me. I did not believe him, however, Desmond called me to inform me that I qualify for compensation/reward and he did not just phoned and let it go, he took me through all the processes that I needed to follow in order to claim for my price until everything has been done. Although I he explained the duration of how long it takes to receive the price, I felt obligated to give him hands up even though I have not received the price. His professionalism and authenticity makes me to believe or trust him. Well done guys, I wish most service industry company can have people like you, competent and professional people like you whom the customer can trust and rely on their word</p>
