What a great experience I had today with OUTsurance

What a great experience I had today with OUTsurance. I needed to remove one of the items on my policy and requested to be called. The call agent that phoned me back - within 10 seconds of me pressing the button on my OUTsurance app - was Teboho Kanyile. He was professional, friendly, very outgoing, and convinced me to move the rest of my insurance items to OUTsurance. Even though the call took about 47 minutes it really did not feel like I was online with the Teboho for that long. He kept me engaged and he helped me change all my insurance needs to OUTsurance at a lower price and better benefits. What a great interaction!! Thank you Teboho for assisting me and being patient and hearing what I had to say and covering all my insurance needs. It is hugely appreciated and I highly rate your service delivery. Thank you!
