What a disappointment

I worked at Outsuance and was proud to tell people that . However after the service I received whilst trying to get a quote from Their advisor Ms T Pooe and her team leader Mr D Albert. I would never refer anyone to be insured by Out. The team manager even went as far as hounding me , and called me from 2 different numbers to give a lecture about ethics after I cut him off the first time and did reiterate to him my disappoint he and her advisor gave to me. I think I would rather pay a higher insurance at my current insurer than to be with a company that treats potential customer they way I have just been treated.
