<p>1. Rejecting a claim 3 months later
Hello Elvis
We know the outcome of the claim was disappointing.
We however need to state the facts to you again, as we did previously. Our assessing manager, Shakeel did explain you drove your damaged vehicle for 2 months before you submitted your claim with us, which resulted in the current damage to the vehicle you claimed for.
Shakeel forwarded you the reports you requested.

Like really guys? You aren't different from your manager Shakeel, I list all issues I've got with Outsurance but you only focus on what's convenient for you to comment on. You just keeping making endless excuses for you actions. I'm still not happy with your answer sir/madam. So let's say ok fine, I continued driving the broken car for 2 months, but there weren't new damages to the car
