What a comforting, professional experience I had with *OUTSURANCE* yesterday. I phoned them because my car wouldn't start. They arrived within about 20 mins, and throughout the process *OUTSURANCE* kept in touch with me. Morné from *ALTERNATIVE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE*, was such a gentleman. He determined that it was the battery that was flat, and loaded my car onto the flatbed and dropped it off at Willards Brackenfell, where the battery was bought. What stunning service.
