What a bad service

<p>I called Outsurance because i am listed on ITC for just over R500. the insurance was cancelled in 2015 already. i wanted them to give me their banking details for me to pay this amount off and get a settlement confirmation letter. i was told the insruance was cancelled and i dont owe them anything. i then requested for a confirmation letter but the consultant told me they dont send those letters and theres nothing they can do to remove my name and that amount on ITC. i was soo puzzled and disappointed becuase i know other companies do send the letter. i was told i need to reistate the insurance rather. i got so furious becuase they dont want to give me the bank details to pay and they dont want to send the letter. the lady actually confirmed my name will remain onITC, theres nothing they can do about it, she also confirmed with her manager. she offered to send the cancellation confirmation letter rather, which doesnt state that i dont owe them anything. now my question was, must now my name remain on ITC and i want to buy a house and i cant becasue they dont want to give me their banking details for me to pay that money or them to send the confirmation letter that i dont owe them.</p> <p>The consultant CARLYN BEZUIDENHOUT sent me the cancellation letter. i just hope it will help to get my name off ITC so i can move on. if they dont send the settlement confirmation letter as she advised me, i would suggest they need to start putting a process in place for that as other companies. im sooo disapointed</p>
