Wendy was very good but my expectations were not met because it took 1 week for my car to be towed from the assessment center and I had to answer about my previous insurance which I think was irrelevant and time consuming

Wendy was very good but my expectations were not met because it took 1 week for my car to be towed from the assessment center and I had to answer about my previous insurance which I think was irrelevant and time consuming.My cover does not have a courtesy car which is inconvenient to me because I was not offered it when I took the cover
