Well....to submit a claim on Saturday afternoon.....getting a messge Sunday morning and Monday before 12 the pet claim is sorted.....and paid.......what else can i say but Excellent customer service....always. To delight you customers with this type of service means i will stay with Outsurance for next 100 years. Thanks team. Again....service that blows your mind. Thanks for that.
