We'll pay you if we can't beat your current premium

I had Outsurance quote me on car insurance and they were more expensive than my current insurers. I did not even mention their promise of R400/R800 and I only realised it once I saw an ad on TV. I have not claimed on my current insurance in over 3 years. I would expect such a reputable company to stick to their promise without needing a reminder. in addition I asked for a like for like quote and when the agent called me back he increased the excess to decrease the premium without informing me and I only realised this once we were about to finalise. Horrible service, no integrity whatsoever.
