Well my car was involved in an accident on the 27th January on a Friday afternoon. Outsurance was contacted and Zandile handled my case from the start. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. Stacy from Legal Dept also contacted me and sorted out payment from the guilty party. Unfortunately my car has to be repaired by myself but I received my pay out from Outsurance within a few days. All in all a most satisfaction experience with Outsurance..they gave me peace of mind and I would recommend them to anyone. Thankyou Sandra
