Well I went on line to sort my claim. The next day I get a call from this bubly lady, very confident in her liason with me explaining everything I should know. There was no questions for me to ask, it's like she read my mind and just explained everything I needed to kno. Definitely need a promotion may be a 5 star. Thank you
