Well i phoned to change my address and a new car, because of bad reception i was losing connection then i was phoned back by a very friendly lady asking how she can assist me. The whole experience was a pleasure even talking in my home language afr, even though she seems to be English. Super easy i was very surprised to have such good service. 👍
