Well I got a call from one of their consultants, after I changed my bank debit order, to a different bank. This was to confirm my continued cover, and to confirm new bank details. The consultant was very helpful and courteous, and although some of the questions were of a pretty personal nature, she made it real easy to answer, with her calm demeanor. If the rest of my service with Outsurance are to be anything like what I got from this consultant, than we will certainly have a long relationship, from my family's side, and I'll definitely be recommending family and friends alike.
