Well I am so impressed, I did not know that you still find staff of that calibar at ANY company. I dealt with 4 members at Outsurance and the one was as pleasant as the next. As for the cover I received, I used to pay 690.00. Now only 525.00 . Decreasing my monthly bugdet is a Major improvement at the age of 72. Well done Outsurance and to your Big Bosses, hold on to your unbelievable Staff. Thank you Pat
