Well done Outsurance and Randall Arendse

I received a call today from Randall Arendse. Great news! Outsurance managed to get my claim refunded. Well done Outsurance. I'm also complimenting Randall for his delightful telephone manner and professional conduct. When soliciting for new business I gave him one lead and he didn't get too pushy for more. I'm grateful to Randall for respecting the boundaries of polite behaviour versus improper harassment.
