Submitted a call back request and within a minute I received a call from outsurance. I was quickly transferred to Client Care where I was greeted by the lovely Mlondi Nxumalo. I called in to cancel my insurance on a vechile I have recently sold and Mlondi was very helpful and informative explaining that with my policy profile that I’ve never had a claim thus having a “clean profile” I wouldn’t want to cancel it and when taking insurance out again on a new car start from scratch, losing out on benefits. He assisted me to find alternatives (e.g home content cover) that would suit my pocket to keep my policy until I can insurance a new vehicle. Outsurance you guys have an absolute gem working for you, energetic and lively from the moment he answered the call, helpful and informative and takes initiative to help client that best suits them.
