Happily, I would like to congratulate this amazingly innovative company, and whilst doing so also acknowledge their brilliant staff. In particular I dealt with Mikhail Cornwall - he was patient and knowledgeable with a fantastic telephone manner - which all led to me taking the policy out - with confidence and a good feeling that I had made the right decision.
