WELL DONE OUTSURANCE

Today I had occasion to contact Outsurance regarding the addition of my recently upgraded motor vehicle to my existing policy. The people I spoke to (Adele Vermaak, Chris and Kushen) were all very polite, friendly and professional and went out of their way to listen to my concerns and explain various policies and procedures to me. I commend this company for being clever enough to employ people of this calibre - people who actually listen to, and attempt to help their customers, instead of getting upset with them and treating them as if they were a nuisance. well done Outsurance!
