I had the misfortune of being involved in a hit and run while I was driving my mom's brand new car...that was technically 2days old.

Needless to say I expected heaps of trouble from outsurance. I was pleasantly surprised. The service I received was professional, efficient and extremely prompt. The claim was lodge and approved within a matter of days. I had no fuss, no need to drive after an assessor and no unnecessary paper work to complete.
