It has been a few months but the service really stood out and I felt I wanted to express my gratitude to the Pet insurance team. You rectified any queries I had and handled my claims in pure efficiency - not that I claim a lot. Cudos to the team In a time where good service isn’t rewarded enough, I compare experiences to what I received from the OUTsurance team and had to express what I felt.
