website not working. again.

submitted change of policy details to the website using a dedicated form yesterday. 24 hours later no response, no acknowledgement, no nothing. I've had trouble with the website before; it's getting a little tiresome now. Why allow forms to take data if they don't reflect in your backend? makes me nervous about security, too.

Thanks. The IT process is not generally a swift one and I had similar problems with the website a couple of months ago. Will you take the page down in the interim?
