We were cancelling our policy with Outsurance because of a misunderstanding. The lady then told us that my husband and myself will be getting our no claim payouts next month, but not only that she reduced both our policies monthly instullments.....she was extremely helpfull and very friendly. Well needless to say, with service like that who will vb so stupid to leave the Outsurance family. Outsurance till the end. Thank you Bianca Perumal for your excellent service. We can do with a bonus R5000 win.
