We need more Portia Mtembu's in this world!

In a society where we are fast to complain or point the finger, I would like to do the opposite and completement PORTIA MTEMBU from the OUTsurance claims department! This lady is an asset to your business! This was not a straight forward claim and she has gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Her knowledge of where and what was going on at all times was fantastic! if I had a question and called her, she called right back if she was busy! I represented my mother during this claim as she is a pensioner and this just overwhelmed her. Portia you understood this and saw us as people not just your job! Thank you for all the extra time (after 6pm calls) you put into getting this sorted! as we come to the end of working with you know how grateful we are for your hard work! You are a hero to us!
