We, my wife L Caplin and I had a problem with our cottage geyser that had burst. Luckily Lu had taken out another policy with out insurance over and above the insurance with SA Home Loans due to endless problems with SAHL. Out Sourance did an inspection told us what the problem was (burst geyser) replaced the geyser, replaced the ceiling boards, painted the ceiling and the walls within record time no questions asked. Fantastic.
