"We'll beat your current insurance or pay you R400"

<p>I called Outsurance and genuinely needed to get an insuarance company who could beat my current policy/ premium for my vehicles, after being on the phone for over half an hour with the sales lady, we establish immediately after we completed the quote just for the first vehicle that they would not be able to beat my current insurance policy / premium. The sales lady said she would forward me a link via email for the R400 claim, where I would have to send my current policy schedule with my current insurer as proof that they indeed could not beat them , even though I insisted on a referrence number for the call to use as proof, she did not provide mewith one, yet had initially said one would be provided. Is Outsurance running a hoax campaign and using false advertising to lure potetial customers? Can someone tell me who I can take this up with, I'm not letting this slide! I always though of Outsurance as one of the best, I'm not so sure anymore. </p>
