We joined Outsurance a few months ago after doing research so that we could save on our premiums. The gentleman helping telephonically was very pleasant and explained well. A few months down the line we've unfortunately had to log a claim for a geyser replacement. We are so amazed at the speedy response and arranging of the plumber. Tabogo was the agent assisting us, and is such a pleasant gentleman. The work was done, more than we expected. Getting such service from companies (Outsurance and Ed's Electrical and Plumbing) in SA is like a miracle. My husband said he is so glad we moved over to Outsurance.
