We have been with Outsurance for 20 years now. They keep our premiums low as we are loyal clients and fortunately we haven't had many claims. We just received an out bonus too. We had some damage after the recent storm to our Roof. Wiyhin a couple of days Sam from Outsurance came to assess the damage and was happy for us to go ahead and fet the work done. Simple as that. On the few occasions over the years there has been no quibling over claims , they have just paid or replaced. Which Is why we are still with them after all these years. I regularly get quotes from. Other companies but they can't compete.
