We have been insured by Outsurance since shortly after they entered the short term insurance market many years ago. We have already had to claim for losses as well as vehicle accident damage a few times and every single time we have had an absolutely sympathetic and competent claims officer attend to our claim. We have even had to call for roadside assistance when we had serious trouble with our caravan on the N1 near Cape Town a few years ago and the person dealing with our emergency just took over and organized everything for us even reporting back and checking on us constantly until our caravan was delivered to the workshop about 3 hours later. We will never change insurance companies!!
