We have always been proudly Outsurance. In 2022, I had an accident claim and my claim was paid, without any hasles. I purchased a new vehicle, and yes, my premium increased, but that is understandable. Since then, I have not had any claims. However, it is important to me that I have my vehicle insured, and it is also important to stick to one insurer rather than to keep changing. I am happy to stay with outsurance as it has always been just the best for me and my family. Thank you for your excellent service over the years. Rita
