We have a Okto caravan with a gas/220v geyser

We have a Okto caravan with a gas/220v geyser. Currently we are at Dibiki Hartenbos for March, but while at Yellow Sands (for Feb) past East London, on the second last day there was a power purse which damage the geyser (wiring was burned). Luckily here in Hartenbos Suidkus Caravans they have these geysers in stock (new one will be fitted 12March right here where we camp). They gave me a quote, I took photos plus what Outsurance needed for a claim. The detail was sent after I spoke to a consultant and the claim was settled while I was on the phone, to get confirmation that they indeed received ALL detail. The money was in my bank account the very next day---now this is excellent 5 star treatment--I spread this treatment with a lot of campers camping with us and told them they can anytime go for Outsurance THEY are indeed the best. Apart from their affordable and market related pricing, the way they handled claims are what make them the preferred insurance company in the RSA.
