We had an unfortunate burglary event on 15 Nov 2024 while only my kids were at home. The process for claiming the loss from OUTSURANCE was excellent. The assessors responded swiftly and were as concerned about my kids wellbeing as we were. The OUTSURANCE experience felt like we had someone who shared our sadness whilst professionally assisting to return our home to it's condition before the unfortunate loss event. I feel delighted have OUTSURANCE and challenge anyone anywhere to do the same. Bravo.
