We had a speedy response. Even though it was a Saturday the geyser was sorted out within an hour. The call centre lady, Jocelyn. was efficient and called me at each step to check if all was well. The plumbers worked well to ensure that everything was sorted to my satisfaction. Thank you Outsurance. Always a pleasure working with you.
