We had a "problem" with our geyser

We had a "problem" with our geyser. Outsurance sent out an emergency plumber to check out the situation. They said the geyser was leaking and said it must be replaced. However, we opted for a second opinion and Outsurance agreed. The second company said there was nothing wrong with the geyser. Because of Outsurance agreeing to our needs and requests lots of money was saved on our side and in the side of Outsurance. Thank you Outsurance. Being very helpful and listening to our requests.
