We had a natural disaster here in the Eastern Cape, we where without water and electricity for 7 days due to the storms. We lost all our perishable food in the fridges and freezers, I phoned OUTsurance and asked if I could put in a claim, my policy only covers food items if my fridges are damaged due to power surges. Natalie submitted my claim and it was approved 24hrs later. Thank you OUTsurance for assisting us during this difficult time.
