We had a car incident around June/July 2024 and we repaired the vehicle ourselves from a panel beater, we then noticed that the whole light is not working and it was actually affected during that incident. The cost to replace the lights was ridiculous. We then contacted OUTsurance in December 2024 with regards to this claim submission. In January 2025 our claim was approved. Super happy with OUTsurance services.
